Cedar Sauna Benefits
Wood-fired heat promotes circulation, detox, and muscle relaxation
Cedar wood contains antimicrobial oils making it resistant to mold and bacteria
Reduces stress and improves sleep
Cedar releases a natural, pleasant aroma when heated, unlike many gym saunas
You can adjust humidity by pouring water on the hot stones, giving you the best dry sauna and mild steam
How to use the Sauna
Using the sauna the right way makes a huge difference in both health benefits and how good you feel afterward.
Shower first and remove all jewelry and metal (they get hot!)
Enter the sauna at 70-90 C°
Sit or lie on a bench for 8-15 minutes (listen to your body)
If the heat feels too harsh, pour some water on the rocks, at first it will feel hotter, but in a minute it will ease off
Step out and cool down with a cool shower, cold plunge or snow!
Don't forget to stay hydrated between the sessions!
